Based in Detroit, we specialize in providing personalized in-home childcare and early education that’s tailored to each family’s unique needs. Led by Gabrielle Johnson, a passionate and experienced early education professional, we focus on building lasting relationships with our families to ensure consistent and meaningful care.

As a childcare provider, you will offer engaging and nurturing care in private homes, supporting children’s development while ensuring a safe and enriching environment. Sessions are available in four, eight, and twelve-hour increments, with pay ranging from $15 to $17 per hour (three-hour minimum). Our operating hours are 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Once hired, you’ll have a professional profile on our website where families can request your availability.

New hires will receive hands-on training by shadowing experienced professionals during in-home sessions. A mentor will be assigned for the first 90 days to provide ongoing support. Upon successful completion of orientation, you’ll earn a Peace at Home Certification, marking your readiness for in-home placements. All applicants must complete a background check, fingerprinting, and childcare clearance as part of the hiring process.
